General Statement of Duties:
Locke Lord LLP has an immediate opening for a Digital Marketing Project Manager. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Technology Manager, this individual would become a highly valued member of the Firm’s Marketing team, overseeing the day-to-day upkeep of its websites and blogs, developing and overseeing Firm-wide analytics projects and offering ideas on how to continually improve the Firm’s digital presence.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as primary person responsible for daily web and blog updates, including removal and indexing of content as needed
- Serve as lead on analytics projects, including guiding the transition from Google’s Universal Analytics to GA4 and synthesizing web, email and social media analytics into guidance for possible actions, sharing recommendations for next steps
- Work with vendors as needed to get quotes for potential projects as well as act as the point person on enhancements
- Offer regular suggestions on improving the Firm’s digital presence, working closely with the Marketing Technology and Design teams, including staying on top of trends and developments in the legal industry and beyond
- Keep abreast of accessibility and SEO issues and offer suggestions for improvement
- Participate in and help guide A/B testing projects
- Update Marketing section of the Firm’s intranet
- Work with the IT Department on managing Firm domains, expirations, renewals and new purchases
- Work closely with the Marketing Technology team on email marketing, social media and CRM projects as needed
- Other projects as requested
Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree required, concentration in Marketing preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with experience with law firms or professional services firms a plus
- Experience in making website and blog updates required; experience with both Sitecore and WordPress is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Analytics; knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and A/B testing is a plus
- Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies; knowledge of Vuture, Survey Monkey and SharePoint is a plus
- Strong verbal and written skills, good at offering solutions to problems and providing support for their recommendations
- Superb attention to detail and highly organized
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain composure under pressure in a highly dynamic fast-paced environment
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Supervisory Responsibility – This position does not have any direct reports.
Work Environment – This position operates with a weekly hybrid schedule of 2 days remote and 3 days onsite in a professional office environment.
Position Type/Expected Work Hours – This position is exempt for purposes of federal wage-hour law and not eligible for overtime compensation. The core hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. However, as this is an exempt position, additional hours are required as necessary to meet the demands of this position.
