Blue Diamond Attachments is looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager who understands that marketing has one job: drive demand and grow revenue.
This role is responsible for planning, building, launching, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive measurable dealer and end-user demand. If you enjoy seeing your work translate directly into pipeline, dealer engagement, and revenue, you will thrive here.
You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to launch targeted campaigns that strengthen our dealer network and support our growing national footprint.
The digital tools and automation platforms are already going into place — what we need is someone who can lead campaigns, coordinate teams, and turn strategy into results.
What You’ll Own
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate dealer and end-user demand
- Build and manage email campaigns, landing pages, and customer journeys within marketing automation platforms
- Drive dealer engagement and lead flow across our national network
- Track campaign performance and report clear ROI metrics
- Work with Sales to ensure lead follow-up and campaign alignment
- Monitor competitors and identify market growth opportunities
- Protect and strengthen Blue Diamond brand standards

Requirements
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of marketing experience (B2B or dealer channel preferred)
- Proven success executing campaigns with measurable results
- Strong project management and organizational discipline
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
- Clear communicator who thrives in a cross-functional team environment
- Familiarity with skid steer attachments and their applications in construction, agriculture, landscaping, and similar markets helpful
- Preferred: degree in Marketing or Business
