The College and University Professional Association for Human Resources, or CUPA-HR, is a non-profit, professional association providing workforce management essentials — including knowledge, resources, advocacy, and connections — for more than 20,000 human resource professionals and other higher education leaders at over 1,900 member organizations (primarily colleges and universities) worldwide.
